When performing lateral synovial joint loading you want to put the dumbell load above where the arrows are pointing to in the pictures(and laterally of course as to the names). You can see how this would put distraction forces on the growth plates. The current best guess I have is as to why this works is that there's red bone marrow present in the epiphysis of the long bones by performing lateral synovial joint loading you're distracting the epiphyseal plates and allowing red bone marrow to seep in re-initiating growth in the growth plates.
The one thing that's laughable is the little peak height chart they have. I mean if you have scientific studies to support that then why aren't you posting it on your website? Also, remember increasing bone mass doesn't necessarily indicate height gain(well possibly for short, irregular, and flat bones but not necessarily long bones).
Here are the ingredients for peak height:
- L-Arginine
Zinc
L-Ornithine
Calcium as Carbonate
Vitamin D3 as Cholecalciferol
Vitamin B12
Dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate
Pyridoxine
The physician profile for Dr. Abram Schumacher is pretty vague, it only mentions that he lives in Nebraska. But, apparently he likes peddling vitamin supplements as grow taller pills. Just doing my part to help take out the height increase scammers, sorry if that makes the site hard to navigate.
