Height Boosting Progress with one week off of LSJL

Well I've been sick for the last week and so I haven't been performing LSJL as everything that's anabolic for your body cells is also anabolic for viral cells.  Here's last Weeks Pictures: Bone Length Increase | 3 Months In.  I didn't get any height increase so the height increase from LSJL must occur fairly rapidly after the stimulation.  When I return to LSJL I'll have to see if there's some kind of conditioning effect and if I get more results than normal after going back.  I tried going to the doctors office due to my virus as an excuse to get my height measured but they didn't have a device to measure height at least that I could visibly see.  Maybe it was broken or something.  Here's this weeks pictures.  I also took one from a sitting position to see if that way can see more visible gains.

    If your sensitivity is 1/4" if even that there's just no way you can fine tune your protocol.

  2. Good, I suggest to use a set square triangle with the right angle on the wall and go down to head or to knee, after mark the wall with a pencil and measure on the wall.

    Sorry bad english, I do the same I hope it will be usefull.

  7. Tyler, I'm thinking of doing LSJL for 15-30 minutes per inner ankle soon, 35 pounds without adding force by pressing down. Any reason not to do so?

    Also, when does the chondrocyte hypertrophy take place?

  8. Ah I found out about a set square, it's called a T-square over here. How would that help accurately measure height?

    I see no problem with doing LSJL for 15 to 30 minutes. The more data for different intervals and loads the better. Are you going to be holding the weights or just letting them rest on the ankles while doing something else?

    At a glance, Alkaline Phosphate seems to be responsible for chondrocyte hypertrophy although there are probably(okay definitively) more factors than that.

  9. Does the growth from LSJL generally occur instantly after performing, shortly after, or overnight?

    And i'm not not sure if this is a dumb question or not, but would sex/masturbation slow the process down?

  10. I´ll just hold the weight with one hand and watch some comedy shows, that way, it´ll be over in a minute. If it starts to hurt I'll rest for 10 seconds and continue.

  11. Put the square on the wall, it is perfect 90 degree so go down to your head or your knee and do a mark whit a pencil on the wall without lift the square to the wall, only slide when go down, hold and mark, measure... simple...
